You can always change your password to make it stronger and protect your account.
The email address with which you have registered can be changed only by sending a request to our support team. You cannot change your email address on your own because with it, your account is created.
However, we can assist if your account was compromised. To modify your email address, please contact our technical support with such a request. Note, please, that you will be asked to send a scan of your ID to prove that this request comes from the account owner and other proofs that we may need for the process of the account recovery.
When registering an account with Sao Copy, you will be suggested to enable a 2F authentication.
If you want to do it right away, just click on the Enable option, and proceed with providing the required information to do so.
However, you may want to skip this step, and it is also ok. You can enable 2F authentication later in the Security settings tab at any time by clicking on the respective option and proceeding with providing the needed information.
To create an API key on a CEX, go to your profile, find the API tab there, click on Generate API key, and activate it.
